Mr. Hunter’s experience includes eight years as a senior investment banker in the securities industry where he advised clients on mergers & acquisitions and raised both public and private capital for clients in a variety of industries.  Mr. Hunter joined Briggs & Veselka, Co. P.C. in 2004, were he applied his investment banking experience to help the firm grow its business valuations practice, and expand into mergers & acquisition advisory services.  Prior experience also included a position as manager, corporate finance for a large publicly-owned conglomerate. 

Mr. Hunter earned his MBA from the University of Houston’s Bauer College of Business, and his BBA from Stephen F. Austin University.  He has earned the Certified Valuation Analyst designation, and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the state of Texas.  He is active in the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts, and the Association for Corporate Growth.
